In recognition of the selfless service and sacrifice of our active-duty military personnel and veterans, CIG Communities is honored to extend a special benefit in appreciation of your service. This policy is designed to honor and support those who have served or are currently serving in the military. We deeply value your service and are committed to demonstrating our respect through this gesture.

Veterans: Individuals who have previously served in the U.S. Armed Forces and have been honorably discharged or are in possession of a service-connected disability rating.
Application Process:
Submission of Application: Eligible individuals must submit a completed rental application for consideration of a rental unit.
Verification of Eligibility: Applicants must provide proof of their status as active-duty military or a veteran. Acceptable documentation includes, but not limited to:

A DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) or
A current service-connected disability letter.
Application Screening: Upon review of the application and receipt of the required documents, the onsite leasing team will apply a credit to the account ledger for both fees, which can be applied toward the first month's rent.
Fee Waiver Details:
Application Fee: The standard application fee required to process the rental application will be waived.
Administrative Fee: The standard administrative fee, which may include costs related to the processing of the application and lease agreement, will be waived.
Conditions:
Non-Transferable: The fee waiver benefit is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who meets the eligibility criteria.
Limited to One Application: The fee waiver applies to the initial application only. If the applicant submits multiple applications, only the first application fee will be waived
